Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:
FREE Standard Shipping in the Continental US on all domestic orders

Expedited Shipping:

Additional expedited delivery options are available depending on the items in your cart, add them to cart to see if expedited shipping is available. Please note, any order placed after 2 pm EST will ship on the next business day.

 

Carriers:
We only use reliable carriers to bring you a better shopping experience, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping to the USA and Canada. Check back in the future as we may add additional countries at a later date.

Handling Time:
We aim to ship all orders within one business day after the order has been placed. In some cases, due to high order volume, it can take as long as three business days for the items to ship. If you haven't received a notification with tracking or delivery related info, please email us, and our fantastic customer service team will investigate and update you at the earliest possible.

Missing Packages:
In the event an order gets lost or damaged in transit, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact us if there is no update on the tracking information page to initiate a tracer within ten business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, we will gladly refund your original payment.
